MATT CARDIN is the editor of Born to Fear: Interviews with Thomas Ligotti, for which he received a World Fantasy Award nomination. He also contributed three essays to The Thomas Ligotti Reader. He has edited academic encyclopedias on the paranormal, mummies, and the history of horror literature. He is the author of the weird fiction collection Divinations of the Deep, the horror fiction-and-nonfiction collection Dark Awakenings, and a forthcoming omnibus horror fiction collection To Rouse Leviathan. In his day job he is an Associate Vice President and an Assistant Professor of English and Religion at Ranger College in North Texas. He blogs at The Teeming Brain. JON PADGETT is the creator and co-administrator of Thomas Ligotti Online. Padgett’s first short story collection, The Secret of Ventriloquism, was named the Best Fiction Book of 2016 by Rue Morgue Magazine. He has work out or forthcoming in PseudoPod, Lovecraft eZine, Xnoybis, Antenna::Signals and For Mortal Things Unsung, an anthology containing some of the best PseudoPod original stories to date. Most recently, his work appeared in Joseph Pulver’s anthology, A Walk on the Weird Side, and Phantasm/Chimera, an anthology published by Plutonian Press. He lives in New Orleans with his spouse, their daughter, a cat and a dog.

DAGNY PAUL is a lapsed English teacher, failed artist, and sometimes writer who lives in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has an unhealthy (but entertaining) obsession with comic books and horror movies, which she consumes whenever her five-year-old son will let her (which isn’t often). Dagny is Assistant Editor of PseudoPod.
