JON PADGETT is the creator and co-administrator of Thomas Ligotti Online. Padgett’s first short story collection, The Secret of Ventriloquism, was named the Best Fiction Book of 2016 by Rue Morgue Magazine. He has work out or forthcoming in PseudoPod, Lovecraft eZine, Xnoybis, Antenna::Signals and For Mortal Things Unsung, an anthology containing some of the best PseudoPod original stories to date. Most recently, his work appeared in Joseph Pulver’s anthology, A Walk on the Weird Side, and Phantasm/Chimera, an anthology published by Plutonian Press. He lives in New Orleans with his spouse, their daughter, a cat and a dog.
MATT CARDIN is the editor of Born to Fear: Interviews with Thomas Ligotti, for which he received a World Fantasy Award nomination. He also contributed three essays to The Thomas Ligotti Reader. He has edited academic encyclopedias on the paranormal; mummies in history, religion, and popular culture; and the history of horror literature. He is the author of the weird fiction collection Divinations of the Deep, the horror fiction-and-nonfiction collection Dark Awakenings, and a forthcoming omnibus horror fiction collection To Rouse Leviathan. He has an M.A. in religious studies from Missouri State University and a B.A. in communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and he teaches English and philosophy/religion at Ranger College in Stephenville, Texas. He blogs at The Teeming Brain. His author site is www.mattcardin.com.
KEVIN MOQUIN writes under the pen name Arthur Staaz. His short fiction has been published or accepted for publication at Pseudopod, Nameless Digest, Morpheus Tales, and Gone Lawn, among others. His alter ego posts all too infrequently to his blog Cold, Dark, Empty. Kevin lives in New Hampshire and by day works as an attorney – and therein lies the true horror.
DAGNY PAUL is a lapsed English teacher, failed artist, and sometimes writer who lives in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has an unhealthy (but entertaining) obsession with comic books and horror movies, which she consumes whenever her five-year-old son will let her (which isn’t often). Dagny is Assistant Editor of PseudoPod.
